All electrical equipment has been PAT tested and is clearly labelled. A copy of the certificate is available upon request.
Although it is not a requirement for this type of activity, the performer -
The short answer is No.
Bubbles are very fragile and totally at the mercy of any drafts or gusts of wind.
While this may look great outside seeing hundreds of bubbles whizzing through the sky, it is impractical to perform intricate bubble sculptures and the more impressive bubble stunts.
To get the maximum impact for your audience, Believe-
A gazebo is also not a suitable venue for the show. However a large event marquee may be suitable. If you’re thinking of a marquee then please do contact us where we would be happy to discuss your event and offer any advice.
The minimum requirements are for a 4 metres wide (4.5 metres if P.A. Is required) by 3 metres deep performance space. This gives ample room for the stage set up, big bubble machines and lights along with space to for the performer, along with any audience members invited into the performance area, to work in safely.
A minimum height of 8 foot is required to easily put people inside a bubble. Any lower and the person may need to sit on a stool to be put inside a bubble.
An electrical supply is also needed ideally close to the performance space, but not necessary as we have extension cables.
Please make sure that the performance area is away from any doors and major drafts if possible. We can advise on this at the time of booking.
Parking: Please be sure to have a parking space (transit van size) as close to the venue as possible. If parking is not available next to the venue then please allow extra time for the set up and pack down.
No, there are no limitations. In fact, the more the merrier.
If you are holding a very large event, it may be a good idea to have access to a cameraman and have screens up at the sides so the whole audience will be able to see the more intricate parts of the show.
Our set up time is approximately 1 hour. However please allow the following:
Pack down: approximately 1 hour. However please allow the following:
We can have all of our equipment off the stage within 30 minutes but we will need a backstage area to put it and pack down safely.
While we appreciate you would like a speedy pack down and may have people on hand to help regretfully we cannot accept or allow others to ‘lend a hand’. This is purely down to the nature of the show and the safety aspect.
The show runs for between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Shorter performances are also available. Ask us for details
Things that can affect the length of the performance are:
Bubbles, by their very nature, are totally dependant on atmospheric conditions. While we as bubbleologists study their behaviour and can mostly counteract this, sometimes it just can not be done.
While every effort is made to reproduce the show, we cannot guarantee that every bubble effect will work. However we have a vast stable of bubble effects, tricks and sculptures that we can work from to ensure everyone has a very ‘enjoyabubble’ experience. Sorry, couldn’t resist that one.
You are welcome to take as many photographs as you wish, please NO flash photography.

During the performance a small smoke machine is used for one or two of the bubble effects.
A handheld vapour making device is also used to blow water vapour (looks like smoke) inside various bubbles and bubble art.
This is used in order for the audience to see the various bubble effects being created.
The ingredients used to create this ‘smoke’ is purely glycerine and water.
For the finale of the show two big bubble machines which will fill the performance area with bubbles.

Not surprisingly, this is the question we’re asked the most.
The answer we give is always the same, washing up liquid & water form the base of most of the bubble mixes that we use, but not all.
There are oodles of bubble juice recipes available on the Internet. A quick search will bring up hundreds of results. Most of them DO work, but you will have to tinker with the amounts of the different ingredients to get them to work well.
One of Damians TOP SECRET recipes (that he uses in the show) can be found in the pages of his ‘Bubble Master Kit’ available only at Believe-
